We rang you at 11 o’clock this morning, and you rang straight back with a time to be with us and here you were, in SP3 on the dot of 3.30 pm WITH the correct part and had it installed and tested within 45 minutes! The local company we rang originally who made us wait 10 days, only to ring us this morning, the day of our appointment, to tell us they didn’t have the part (a replacement Zanussi oven element)! The day my husband booked them he was asked for the model numbers of our equipment. He rang back with exact model number, yet for reasons we fail to understand didn’t think to check that in advance! They apparently only do that on the day of the call-out! Yet you had the part (and since told us you could have had it in 2 days if you hadn’t). You’ve been as good as your word and polite and professional too! AND you didn’t rip us off! MANY THANKS! Barry and Fiona
